Easy to design, easy to send

Creating a high-quality workplace satisfaction survey doesn’t have to take a long time. With SafetyNet, you can base your survey on one of our many pre-existing templates, copy and edit content from a previous year, or build a survey from scratch. The colors and logo can be altered to match the visual identity of your organization. Choose from a wide away of question types and answer categories, including numbers, emojis, text boxes and short answers. The simple user interface makes survey creation quick and easy.

Integrating SafetyNet with employee data makes sending the survey just as easy. Simple pick which parts of the organization you want to receive the survey, or select the entire organization, and click send.

Administrators can keep track of how many surveys have been completed, and set up automatic reminder emails for those, who have yet to complete a survey when the deadline is approaching.

Compare results – and make an educated decision to improve your workplace environment

Previous surveys and survey results are saved in SafetyNet and can be accessed by employees with access rights. Search for surveys based on name, subject, time period or organizational unit. This allows you to easy compare results from different years or organizational units, and thus make informed decisions about how to improve your working environment and see what’s been working.

Make internal and external benchmarks. Data collected in SafetyNet Workplace Satisfaction can easily be transferred to other modules, such as SafetyNet Action Plans. The action plan module lets you create a concrete plan for following up on survey results with deadlines and duty delegations.
