Quality Assurance

Ensuring Quality

SafetyNets Quality package lets colleagues work together to improve company processes. Use SafetyNet Quality Assurance for audits, documentation, certification processes, and other process management.

It’s important to ensure that important processes are written down, documented, and shared. With SafetyNet Quality Assurance, co-workers can work together to illustrate, edit, and share best practices.

SafetyNet Quality Assurance also includes tools to evaluate and follow up on company processes through audits and action plans. Create and fill out audit surveys directly in SafetyNet. Follow up on the results with a SafetyNet action plan.

With SafetyNet, we can easily see what departments, processes, and positions are most at risk. That allows us to focus our efforts on them.

During a certification process for example, you might save employee guidelines, procedures, information about suppliers and more.

Audits: Simple Checklists

Action Plans: Follow Up on Results

Follow up on audit results with targeted action plans. If you want to follow up on a particular audit result, attach that audit to your action plan. With SafetyNet Action Plans, coworkers can distribute tasks and track project progress. Good collaboration tools create quality collaboration

Use SafetyNet during each part of a certification project. Map out all necessary steps directly in the software. Use SafetyNet to create and fill out initial questionnaires, perform audits, record results, and follow up on necessary steps. The system supports documents with multiple versions, tasks with multiple responsible employees, and much more. Collect all relevant information in one place. When necessary information is easy to find, even complex projects like certifications become manageable.

What is SafetyNet?

SafetyNet is an all-in-one cloud-based administrative system. SafetyNet consists of several different, combinable solution modules. The different modules cover different elements of work environment, HR, insurance administration, and course administration. Different companies choose different combinations of SafetyNet modules to create their own SafetyNet solutions.
