Sectors use of SafetyNet - Save time and money - Municipalities

Save Time and Money with Administrative Efficiency

Too many different IT-systems lead to complicated administrative processes. SafetyNet streamlines administration so a municipality’s resources are put to best possible use.

SafetyNet covers many different areas. The municipality's work environment team can use SafetyNet for conducting workplace assessments, and the HR team can conduct workplace satisfaction surveys and management evaluations. Municipalities also record work injuries, near misses, violence, insurance claims, and more in SafetyNet. SafetyNet is also used for administration related to courses for a municipality's employees or residents.

SafetyNet can help with:

Case Management: Keep records of workplace injuries and near misses

SafetyNet Case Management lets you record workplace injuries, near misses, and similar cases in just a few minutes. SafetyNet users in Denmark and Sweden can automatically report accidents and injuries to the relevant authorities (EASY or Arbetsmiljöverket/Försäkringskassan) when they enter the incident into SafetyNet. Report cases from a browser or from the SafetyNet app. Follow up on cases using SafetyNet Action Plans.

Claims: Keep better claims records

With SafetyNet Claims, you only need to type the information about your claim a single time. Relevant information syncs to relevant forms and databases for insurance, administrative and reporting purposes. Keeping all information in one place saves time and minimizes risk for human error.

Employee Satisfaction and Management Evaluations: Better surveys

Use SafetyNet HR to create, send, analyze and follow up on different types of surveys and questionnaires. Send surveys to your entire organization or to specific departments. Send reminders to people who haven’t yet answered. Compare departments and years and figure out how to optimize employee satisfaction and efficiency. Performance evaluations can also be recorded in the system.

Action Plans: Follow Up on Important Results

Create action plans in SafetyNet to follow up on cases identified in another module or outside issues. Use SafetyNet Action Plans to distribute tasks, manage deadlines, and keep track of how different plans are progressing and how efficient they've been.

We're extremely pleased with SafetyNet. The system gets an A++

-Tove Bjørklund, Faxe Kommune

We now spend half the time we used to registering a workplace injury. SafetyNet has also given us far more and better statistics and reports, so we're able to keep a closer eye on workplace injuries

-Helle Planck Larsen, Høje Taastrup Kommune

What is SafetyNet?

Many municipalities choose SafetyNet Insurance as part of their SafetyNet solution.
