SafetyNet HR helps you keep track of all your HR-related data. SafetyNet HR lets you create, share, analyze, and follow up on different types of HR surveys, such as workplace satisfaction surveys and management evaluations. SafetyNet HR furthermore includes tools for competence management.

SafetyNet imports data from your company’s payroll system so all relevant employee information can be found in one place. The integration makes it easier for HR to do their work and minimizes the risk of human error.

Use SafetyNet HR to create, send, analyze and follow up on different types of surveys and questionnaires. Send surveys to your entire organization or to specific departments. Send reminders to people who haven’t yet answered. Compare departments and years and figure out how to optimize employee satisfaction and efficiency. Performance evaluations can also be recorded in the system.

HR: Competence management

Record employee skills, skill levels, course history, and certifications in SafetyNet. If you use SafetyNet Course Administration, courses will automatically show up on employees’ course history.
