Incident Management

SafetyNet Case Management, a part of SafetyNet's Work Environment solution, makes administrative tasks related to workplace injuries and related cases simple. Record and follow up on injuries, accidents, near misses, and other unplanned events in one simple system.

It's easy to record injuries and near misses in SafetyNet. Enter the case into the system in just a few minutes using either SafetyNet in your browser or the SafetyNet app. Recorded cases are then sorted by case type, so they're easy to find. You can attach photos, a location, and man other important details.

When you record and injury in SafetyNet, you can report it to relevant authorities immediately directly from SafetyNet. That way, the labor market authorities always have up-to-date data, and the injured party receives any relevant worker's compensation.

SafetyNet Case Management gives you a full picture of injuries and incidents in your workplace. Having all that information in one place allows you to map out where most injuries happen, identify risks, and identify areas that need improvement. SafetyNet has a series of report templates that allows you to see quick stats of cases in your company and find potential patterns.

Create a SafetyNet Action Plan directly from a SafetyNet case. Action plans allow for a systematic and informed follow up on issues recorded in SafetyNet.

When it's easier to report a workplace injury, people are more likely to do it. Reporting injuries makes following up and implementing preventative measures possible. Easy reporting and follow up in SafetyNet have even helped a couple of our customers win the official Danish Work Environment Prize.

Workplace Assessment

SafetyNet WPA features:

Create, design, send, and analyze workplace assessments (WPAs) with SafetyNet WPA. Users can base their assessments on one of our templates, their own previously saved template, or start from scratch. There are lots of options with regards to questiontypes, layout, answer categories, and dependencies.

SafetyNet uses your company's base data to send assessments to relevant employees directly from the system. The department administering the can moniter the response rate and send reminders if necessary.

Draw conclusions based on collected responses and create action plans to follow up on those conclusions. SafetyNet WPA gives you can informed basis to initiate work environment improvements on.

SafetyNet WPA also includes many different report templates to make presenting results easy.

Audits

SafetyNet Audits Features

With SafetyNet Audits, it's easy to build and fill out surveys for audits and other short surveys. Customize the surveys to fit your organization's needs. You choose your own questions and question types, layout, answer categories, and answer dependencies.

Fill out the surveys online on a PC or mobile device. You can also purchase the SafetyNet app addon, which allows you to fill out surveys on mobile devices offline as well. Answers are synced when the device is online again. SafetyNet Audits is a good tool for organizations that need to fill out surveys without necessarily being seated at a desk.

Answers can be exported to Excel or to PDF reports. The reports can compare answers from different departments or different months.

As with all other SafetyNet modules, SafetyNet Audits integrates to your company's base data, so access to various surveys and answers can be limited to the certain employees. Different employees are given different access roles based on information entered about them in the company base data.

Action Plans

SafetyNet Action Plans features:

SafetyNet Action Plans allow you to create action plans to follow up on cases identified in another module or outside issues. Use Action Plans for both small and large tasks. If the task is complex, you can seperate it into smaller subtasks.

SafetyNet Action Plans let you plot out both short-term and long-term solutions to a given issue. Assign different coworkers to the different short-term and long-time tasks. It's possible to track the different tasks' progress and decide if they require further follow up. You can also download a change log from any Action Plan to see all changes and who made them.

Pull up action plans using SafetyNets advanced search feature. Search using completion status, title, subject, description, employees responsible, started datem, and more. Users are presented with a simple overview and easy sorting options.

SafetyNet furthermore provides a visual overview of the number of different types of action plans and cases registered in the system. You can also download a report showing which action plans are in use in different departments.

Each SafetyNet user is granted an access level to the system based on their position within their organization. While an department manager may have a user role that grants them access to all action plans in their deparment, one of that manager's employees may only be able to see their own action plans. Different roles ensure that private data is properly protected.

Employee Satisfaction

SafetyNet Employee Satisfaction makes it easy to create, send, analyze, and follow up on employee satisfaction surveys. SafetyNet Employee Satisfaction can be integrated to a company's base data so it's easy to send them to different departments and managerial levels.

Administrators also can grant other employees or departments access to view answer overviews. Users can export answer reports based on a specific survey or reports comparing different departments or time periods.

HR

SafetyNet HR features:

With SafetyNet HR, users can record notes and conclusions from performance evaulations. This makes it easy to compare notes and responses from earlier evaluations.

SafetyNet HR contributes creating a more complete picture of an employee by making information about that employee easier to find.

Management Evaluation

SafetyNet Course Administration handles everything from planning a course or event to following up on it. SafetyNet can be used for both in-house and external courses, conferences, and seminars.

SafetyNet Course Administration shows courses on a simple, user-friendly page, where people can sign up for the courses they wish.

You can also use SafetyNet Course Administration for taking attendance and sending out diplomas and course evaluations.

The system makes communication between participants, teachers, and administration much simpler. Automated email templates ensure that everyone gets the information they need.

Course participants, teachers, and managers have access to a personal course catalog where they can edit their own data and signups and access relevant files.

Documents

SafetyNet Documents features:

SafetyNet Documents stores documents that SafetyNet users need access to. This may be documents relating to an ISO-certification or documents relating to cases in other SafetyNet modules such as an insurance policy or a report from a workplace assessment.
Flere versioner af samme dokument kan løbende tilføjes i takt med, der sker ændringer af kladder eller forhold opdateres. Tidligere versioner kan søges frem ved at klikke ind på det enkelte dokument. Dokumenter tilknyttes særlige områder eller afdelinger, så de er lette at søge frem.

SafetyNet is highly customizable. Control which employees have viewing or editing access to which files. Set up the file structure in a way the way that makes the most sense for your organization.

Claims

SafetyNet Claims features

Record accidents and damage to assets like cars, buildings, and moveable property in SafetyNet Claims. The system supports a risk-based approch to insurance work. Attach previously recorded information about an asset and that asset's insurance when recording a new claim. You can subsequently search for claims based on their insurance type, incident date, asset type, or other details. Keeping and using detailed records is made easy in SafetyNet Claims.

Pull up a detailed log with information about the incident, insurance information, relevant documents, payment logs, and records of who in your organization recorded which details.

Handle all the administrative work related to a claim in SafetyNet Claims. Create templates to automate the most common processes. For example, you can create an email template that sends an automatic confirmation after a case is received, or an excel template for claim reports.

SafetyNet Claims includes a number of standard report templates that give you an overview of your recorded claims. You can base qualified decisions regarding budgetting and implementing preventive measures on these reports.

Insurance

SafetyNet Insurance features:

SafetyNet Insurance is an administration system for assets and asset insurance.

Store all information relevant to a given asset in SafetyNet Insurance. Type in an asset name and record information such as the asset type, an asset number, the policy the asset is insured under, and what department owns the asset. If recording information about a vehicle, you can also include information such as a license plate number and a vehicle/chassis number. If recording information about a building, you can record information about the building's security system. Organizations can customize which fields are obligatory to fill out.

SafetyNet Aktiver/Forsikring samler også al information omkring aktivernes forsikringer. For at registrere en forsikring i SafetyNet udfylder man information som policenummer, forsikringstype, forsikringsselskab og startdato. Som med aktivregistrering bestemmer den enkelte organisation selv, hvilke informationer medarbejdere skal registrere om en forsikring. Det er også muligt at uploade forsikringsbetingelser og andre relevante dokumenter til en forsikringsregistrering.

Registrerede aktiver linkes til registrerede forsikringer. Det gør, at det er nemt at få overblik over, hvordan forsikringer bliver brugt. Det er f.eks. muligt at danne en graf over, hvor mange aktiver der er tilknyttet forskellige forsikringstyper.

Al data integreres automatisk mellem SafetyNet Forsikringsskader og SafetyNet Aktiver/Forsikring. Når både forsikringer og aktiver er registreret og linket i SafetyNet Aktiver/Forsikring, vil den rigtige forsikring automatisk dukke op, når en aktivskade registreres i SafetyNet Forsikringsskader.

Administration

All SafetyNet solutions include the SafetyNet Administraion module. SafetyNet Administration controls the settings of all the other modules in SafetyNet.

SafetyNet Administration includes information about company organization, employees, users, roles, emails, activity logs, and metadata.
