Daycare center for children with special needs wins prestigious work environment prize after working with SafetyNet

FrontAvenue congratulates Solbo Daycare Center on winning the prestigious Arbejdsmiljøprisen i Psykisk Arbejdsmiljø 2018, a prize awarded annually by the Danish Working Environment Council to an organization which has significantly improved their psychological working environment. Solbo is a center for children with special needs. Solbo brought down the number of violent incidents in the workplace by registering the incidents in FrontAvenue’s SafetyNet system and following up on the registrations. Because the incidents were catalogued systematically in SafetyNet, Solbo employees could analyze causes and patterns in the children’s violent outbreaks, and were subsequently able to address those causes. As a result, both children and employees fared better. Solbo Daycare Center’s use of SafetyNet is truly inspirational.

Vejen Municipality chooses SafetyNet for the registration and follow-up of accidents and near-misses in the workplace

Vejen Municipality will implement SafetyNet Case Management for registration of accidents, near-misses and other incidents involving the municipality’s employees. Vejen will also use the SafetyNet Plan of Action module for an even more structured follow-up process. Vejen furthermore plans to implement SafetyNet Claims and Insurance.

Carlsberg uses the SafetyNet/HSEQ-Master app for inspections and improvements

“SafetyNet/HSEQ-Master has made registration easier, which has gotten more of our employees to use SafetyNet. When more employees use SafetyNet, we have a better idea of which areas we need to focus on.”
Carlsberg Denmark expanded their SafetyNet solution with the SafetyNet/HSEQ Master app. The first Carlsberg employees to use the app are the about 300 Driver/Sales Workers in the firm. In the first three months, they registered more than 2,000 improvement suggestions, deviations and near-misses. The amount and quality of the data helped Carlsberg’s work environment section to initialize well-structed improvements and prevention efforts.

Hess Denmark switches to SafetyNet for Onshore and Offshore work environment administration

Hess Denmark chooses the SafetyNet Work Environment administration software.
Hess will begin by using SafetyNet for workplace satisfaction surveys and action plans, and will later implement the software for safety inspections, checklists and ad hoc registration of observations and deviations.

Aabenraa Municipality chooses SafetyNet for Case Management, Insurance, Leadership, and Workplace Environment.

After a long selection process, Aabenraa has decided on SafetyNet for Case Management and Insurance Administration. Aabenraa will also use SafetyNet for workplace satisfaction surveys, risk analyses, internal audits, and audit-related action plans.

The SafetyNet system will assist Aabenraa in well-structured workplace environment related work.
